First, security - you must give the ASP.NET worker process ({{machine}}\ASPNET on IIS5, Network Service on IIS6) read/write access to SiteConfig, Contents, and the Logs directory.

After you install this build you will have to update your blogx.css and blogtitle.format.html files

Updated more generated HTML, which means changes to the CSS... basically removed the final <br> tags left in the HTML.
