BarracudaDrive start page
Pardon the mess
We have recently added Lua Server pages into the existing BarracudaDrive demo application. In the near future, we will rewrite the control interface for BarracudaDrive.
This is the public start page visitors will see when visiting your web-server. BarracudaDrive attempts to load 'start.txt' from the directory where BarracudaDrive is running. What you see now is a page that you should eventually replace with your own page.
Please read the introduction before continuing with this page.
We suggest that you read the following before deleting/replacing the start.txt file.
Start page content
A start page can for example contain links to the user's home directory and to the /home/ directory if the public web-server is enabled.
Applications
BarracudaDrive can load and run web-applications. A Barracuda web-application is a standard ZIP file which contains HTML pages, images, and Lua Server Pages. The applications are loaded at startup from the "applications" sub directory.
BarracudaDrive is bundled with two applications:
We also provide two auxiliary applications, which must be downloaded and copied into the "applications" sub directory.
- FCKeditor. This is a WYSIWYG HTML editor that runs inside the browser. You can directly edit files on your hard drive with this editor.
- LSP demo. Download this demo if you would like to know more about how to develop WEB 1 applications with Lua Server Pages.
You must restart the server when you have downloaded the applications into the "applications" sub directory. The two following links will not work before the applications are downloaded and you have restarted the server.
