You cannot set a quota for the iFolders you own. The iFolder administrator set the quota for your user account. The administrator can set the quota on four different levels: System level, LDAPGroup level, User level and iFolder level.

If the administrator enabled a iFolder quota that is less than your current total space for iFolder data, the data stops synchronizing until it is decreased below the limit or until the quota is increased to a value that is larger than the your total space consumed.
